    Oscar has more than 20-years experience in performance automobiles. Oscar's experience is truly remarkable:  He was a technician on Garretson Enterprises Porsche race team for a number of years before he owned and operated an independent Porsche service center for over 10-years.  More recently, he was a factory representative for Indian Motorcycles for 5-years and then a Service Manager for specialty tuning house Dinan for 6-years.  This uniquely diversified automotive background enables Oscar to have the experience and the ability to ensure your Infiniti maintenance or repair is world class.

    Peter is extensively experienced as a parts specialist.  He is our main contact for independent repair shops, body shops and home mechanics.  "A parts specialist does much more than fill parts orders; it's my job to ask the right questions to ensure you have all parts needed to complete the repair in one go.  We establish relationships with our clients and take pride in fast service."

    Andy graduated with a B.S. from University of Stuttgart in Automotive Engineering, Andy worked 5-years as a Service Manager at a Volkswagen /Audi dealership in Stuttgart, Germany. He then attended the University of Wuerzburg, Handwerkskammer fuer Unterfranken  in Wuerzburg/Bayern, where he earned his  Master's Degree in Dealership Management.  He remained in Stuttgart as a Parts and Service Manager before opening his own dealership between 1995-2008.

    In 2008 sold his dealership in Germany an moved with his wife Jasmin and young son to the Morgan Hill. He joined Beshoff Infiniti during the construction phase and was instrumental in opening our new dealership. We are overjoyed to have an automotive professional of his caliber on our team! 

    Andy is an avid motorcycle enthusiast as well as a dog lover. He participates in a dog sport called Schutzhund.

    Art is a Master Certified Infiniti Technician.  Accuracy is our ultimate objective "Our Technical Team has a goal of 100% correct repairs on the first visit.  This is no easy task that few shops achieve, and we take it  seriously.  To do so we diligently quality inspect every vehicle."  Art is the lead diagnostician on our Technical Team.

    Abe's credentials are impressive: Infiniti 'Specialist' Certified Technician, ASE Master Certified, ASE Certified in Advanced Engine Performance and holds a California SMOG license.  He has more than 10-years experience automobile diagnosis and repair.  Abe exudes a passion for his work.

    Abe's personal vehicle is a highly tuned twin-turbo Nissan 350Z.

    Steve is a Master ASE Certified Technician and holds a SMOG license.  He has more than 10-years experience as a diagnostic technician and takes tremendous pride in his abilities and efficiency in troubleshooting.

    Technician: Moises Martinez

    Moises is a Certified Technician with the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).   He has a love and fascination for cars and it's not uncommon to find him after normal business hours in the service bay troubleshooting.  A San Jose native, his other hobby is fitness.

    Lars served 4-years in the Marine Corps where he was trained as Technician and applied his skills in Iraq and Australia.  His experience in the field has taught him to be resourceful and organized. He is a Certified Technician with the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).   He is an avid off-road motorcyclist and a local resident.

    Roy completed Wyotech's Automotive Technology program and has more than 4-years experience as a technician.  Roy and his wife live in San Jose and are actively involved in the local community.
