In-Cabin Micro Filter

These filter the air entering the cabin heating and AC system.  Replacement is part of Premium Schedule and Schedule 1 service every 15,000 miles or yearly, which ever comes first.  More frequent replacement is advised if driving on dusty roads or if you are sensitive to pollen or dust.  On most models, the glove box is removed to access the filter housing.


Engine Air Filter

This filter cleans the air entering the engine intake system.  Infiniti Premium Schedule service includes replacement every 15,000 miles or yearly while the Schedule 1 service only includes it every 30,000 miles or 2-years.  However, more frequent replacement may be required if the vehicle sees frequent dusty roads.


Climate Controlled Seat Filters

Vehicles equipped with cooled seat require replacement of special filters that protect the ducting and fans.  The 2006-2010 M45 and 2009-2020 FX50 have climate controlled seats as standard equipment.  They are a factory installed optional package on the  2003-2004 M45, 2006-2010 M35,  2009-2010 FX35.  How do you know if your car has them?  you will have a heat/cooling knob on the center console.   Replacement of the filters (2) is part of the Premium Schedule service at 30,000 mile or 2-year intervals.  It is not included in Schedule 1 or 2 interval services.
