    June 2010 Salesperson of the Month

    I was raised in Canada and spent a much of my youth with my father restoring cars.  My passion for cars grew, and before long I had owned 24 different.  My current car though is my favorite: 2010 G37 Sedan in Vibrant Red.  I have a lovely fiance, Vanessa and have two beautiful children: my 21-month old son River and my adoptive 6-year old daughter Serena. They are my rock.

    I am genuinely excited to be part of the Beshoff Infiniti team.  The atmosphere is a stark contrast to my previous dealership experience.  I  immediately felt Beshoff is different.  There is a readily apparent energy of people who love what they do and sincerely believe in the product.  It is satisfying to work with a team who demonstrate this degree of professionalism.  

    Work is more than a just a job for me. I drive what I sell and believe Infiniti is fantastic performing car and a great value.  The combination of these three factors makes my career a pleasure.

    The first thing you will notice about Alex is his accent- originally from Scotland; Alex has lived in the Bay Area since 1994.  He manages our Sales Team with 15-years of dealership experience under him.  His goal is simple: exceed guest expectations.   "I learned early that customers want more than just a good deal, they want to be treated with respect, openness and most importantly- honesty.  Today, its not enough to meet customer expectations.  To earn a long term relationship good businesses must anticipate and exceed customer expectations.  Acheiving this can be a lot of fun."   Alex enjoys meeting every new Infiniti owner during the delivery to ensure an exceptional.experience.

    Linn is the ultimate gentleman.  He is always courteous,friendly and is a true enthusiast of the Infiniti brand. Linn is known for his trademark quick and sincere smile.  His pastimes include ballroom dancing and healthy cuisine.

    Javier's true love has always been cars.  Beshoff Infiniti is the only dealership  he has worked at and he has no plans to try another.  "Driving the G37 Coupe has to rival the excitement of any car on the road.     Dru is a San Jose native and Veteran with honors.  His experience includes seven years in business management and two years in automotive retail. 

    "I believe if something is worth doing, its worthy of my very best effort."   Although no longer serving, he still believes in military values -   selfless service, honor, integrity, personal courage, leadership, duty, and respect.  When it comes to a philosophy for his profession, he has a simple one approach that is timeless: know our product, treat customers how you want to be treated and always remember that relationships are the building blocks to success.

    Dru is an avid car enthusiast and loves to modify for enhanced performance.   In his spare time he finds relaxation in outdoor activities such as motorcycling camping, fishing, and hiking.
