We offer Infiniti loaner cars for all scheduled maintenance services and warranty repairs (with the exception of oil changes.) We also offer round-trip shuttle service.
   
Hand Car Wash       
Nothing beats the quality of a hand wash and that's why we take the extra time  to do so upon completion of any service before we present your car to you. We use reverse-osmosis filtered water and Meguiar's biodegradable soap for a spot free shine.  Drying is performed using compressed air and microfiber towels in order to eliminate any possibility of scratches or webbing of paint finish. The service here is GREAT and I'm not saying that cause I have an Infiniti. But they treated us like kings and queens. When we had to ship out an exhaust and couldn't find a box that would fit, I suggested to my bf that we should go here and see if parts can let us have a box. And what to we get just that and more. Dru is a excellent sales man, he sold my bf his G37s 09 and as Dru said was true he did fall in love with it.. Also Peter from parts helped us with everything we needed to ship out or item. thank you peter. We feel like they treat their customers with respect and courtesy.

My experience is based on the service department. Joey T.  was my service advisor for my car when I had to take it in recently. He is personable and easy to get along with. He gave me a call like he said he would once the mechanics figured out what the matter was with my baby, and he  gave me a concise and easy to understand explanation. He made honest, non-pushy recommendations on service in the future for my car, if only I could remember them!  
I was in and out in less than a day that at other shops for some reason would take longer. Happy as a clam!

Perhaps one of my best experiences with a dealership to date.  I traded in my IS250 for a great value and purchased my new 09 g37 for a great price!  It was hassle free and no back and forth negotiations.  The past 4-5 cars I've bought for myself or friends/family have all been that way, but this one may be the most painless and pleasant in&out experience I've had in a while.  Also, love the car so far!

After looking up the good reviews, I thought of checking out Beshoff Infiniti to get my car repair done as it was quite close from my office.

Ultimately it turned out to be a win-win situation and I was pleasantly surprised by their quality of service. I didn't interact with the sales staff, but the service and parts departments are top notch by any standards.

Peter in the parts department carefully explained the parts I would need and courteously clarified a few generic doubts I had about other Infiniti parts.  I would highly recommend this dealership for their quality of service and and their polite disposition towards customers.

Great experience at Beshoff! Went in for an oil and lube, so nothing ground shaking but was treated so well you would have thought I was doing a major overall on the vehicle. Have a small rattle that comes and goes from the moon roof area of the vehicle and the technician could not locate it. They had me go out with the technician to see if I could get it to rattle but of course it didn't. But I appreciated them going the extra distance to try and satisfy me though. Joey Tipton (service adviser) is extremely professional and also a very nice person; I hope he stays with Beshoff for a long time. Needless to say I will be going back for further service needs!

As an experienced car buyer and high-tech sales and service professional I have very high expectations of a car dealership. Even though my relationship with Beshoff Infinity is very new, I have been very impressed by them.

First of all, the facility is superb! From the showroom to the spotless service department, you can tell these guys took their investment seriously. I love the service check-in area...it's enclosed. There are numerous service bays and the entire area is kept spotless. During my purchase decision, this was a big differentiator.

The sales process was professional and rapid (at least as rapid as I wanted it to be). On my initial visit I was clear that no decision would happen immediately and the staff respected that position while not making me feel like I didn't matter. It was a perfect combination of care and attention with a lack of pressure. When it did come time to negotiate a deal, the parameters were clear and the process was clean and painless.

The delivery process was one of the best parts of the experience. The preparation they give the car exceeds my previous Acura experience by quite a bit...the car was detailed and waxed beautifully. The dealership has a special room set aside for the delivery presentation...very nice touch. The only minor complaint I have is that the delivery room was a bit stuffy.

I'm looking forward to experiencing their service.

Gotta love the place.

my first experience was at (competitor name removed)... didn't even give me the time of day...
my second experience was at (competitor name removed)... don't trust their finance people... they're pretty shady... shoot my cool sales guy wasn't even a sale guy for the dealership.

My third experience at Beshoff... timeless

Brian is Mr. enthusiasm. This is the guy that will spend 3 hours with you just to admire the car you know you want.

Dru is pretty awesome. This guy has a wealth of experience, and will do whatever it takes to find you exactly what you want. If they don't have one available. they'll go find it... My car came from farther north... they got it to me the next day.

Alex is the man. He can tell when you want something. he'll make you an offer you can't refuse.

their policy stands at they don't leave until you do; to do what puts a smile on your face; take part in the moment you'll cherish with all of your life. They want to make sure you have the greatest experience and actually have fun buying a car. No bending over backwards, no lines. Just reality. to ensure you not only go home with the car you want, but to make a loyal customer for the years to come.

The service gurus there are awesome. They're Quick, thorough, shoot they know me by name. that's how good they are. I would like to say I helped bring up their performance parts section... but heck they were already a couple steps ahead of me...

End of the day, go to Beshoff. I got my car at a great price, they went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of from my side. not to mention an attentive ear for about 14 hours... total.
