Recently, an experienced auto executive joined the automaker's team, and we're pretty excited to see what he can bring to the table.

Former Audi president Johan de Nysschen joins Infiniti after putting in 19 years of hard work in the luxury car market and comes with a strong desire to grow the brand on a more global level while working out of the company's Hong Kong headquarters. His role, senior vice president of the Infiniti parent band places him in charge of all growth and development.

It's certainly a power move, and one that many expect will pay off as de Nysschen oversees the ambition and vision for Infiniti, from new models to be released in various markets around the world, to continuous innovation in engine, safety, and onboard technology, giving luxury car drivers a better experience across the globe.

Some of that plan is going into action right away, as Infiniti is launching two new models in China by 2014, including a stretched out version of the Infiniti M37.
