As for teh 2012 Infiniti G37 Sport Appearance Edition... It gains a more aggressive Midnight Black grille. Unfortunately, neither the Sport Appearance Edition, Limited Edition, or G25 are currently set ot feature the Malbec Black exterior color option that is otherwise seen across the rest of the range of models.

The entire Infiniti G lineup includes models like the G25 Sedan, G25 Sedan Journey, G25x Sedan AWD, G37 Sedan Journey, G37x Sedan AWD, G37 Sedan Sport 6MT, G37 Sedan Sport Appearance Edition, G37x Sedan AWD Sport Appearance Edition, G37 Sedan Limited Edition and G37x Sedan AWD Limited Edition. So, it makes sense that the luxury automaker would make the new color option exclusive to some models rather than others.
